Spamalot? We’ve A Fix!

If you’re finding that an increasing number of your email feedback requests are ending up in customers’ spam or Junk folders, you can fix that.

The possible reason that this might be going to spam is because your emails are coming from Working Feedback’s mail servers rather than your own. To ensure that your customer gets the message and see that it’s a genuine, real-life request from you, change it by automatically sending the request from your own business email address.

  1. Click on Collect from top menu
  2. Pick Ask by Email from dropdown menu
  3. Pick Advanced tab from options and follow instructions
