Increasing your chances of getting a review can pay dividends; you win and so does your online profile. Take these three simple steps for email success with Working Feedback.

Here’s how in your Working Feedback Dashboard (link to Dashboard):

  1. Click on Customise from top menu
  2. Pick Email Templates from dropdown menu
  3. Update with your own logo, colours and wording, then Save changes

That’s it, your branded email is up and running.

Want an even better email opening rate? Working Feedback has developed the ability for you to send email feedback requests from your own business email address. You do need a level of technical expertise to do this but it will reap rewards as your email address is already known and trusted by customers (and avoid those dreaded SPAM filters).   1. Click on Collect from top menu
  2. Pick Ask by Email from dropdown menu
  3. Pick Advanced tab from options and follow instructions
