How long do I have to sign up for?
Monthly. The service is provided on a rolling monthly basis. No yearly tie-in, so that you’re in control should your circumstances change – if you would like more information on signing up please give us a call on 0800 043 2100.
What happens with customer data?
Can I change my plan at a later date?
You can change plans up to 2 times per 12 months, we will always be on hand to advise you on which plan would best fit your needs. If you would like more information on our plans give us a call on 0800 043 2100.
Can you create a plan to suit my needs?

Is there a preferred payment method?
Upon sign up, a set up fee and the first monthly payment is required. You are then invoiced monthly in advance and we will set up a Direct Debit. If you would like more information on payment options please give us a call on 0800 043 2100.
Is a demo available?

What’s your cancellation policy?
One month’s written notice. If for any reason you wish to cancel this service, we simply require 30 days notice in writing (email is fine too). We will then switch off the features. Any published reviews are yours and will be accessible at your request.
