The Dental Partners group

Growing at a fast rate, the Dental Partners group has a network of 64 sites. They came to us in 2017, with 11 locations, to streamline and automate the process for collecting patient feedback and Google reviews. Now, all of their practices, who are integrated with the Software of Excellence EXACT practice management software are using the Working Feedback solution.

The solution collects, moderates and shares feedback through easy-to-use software and is an approved review partner for the CQC and NHS Digital, which means the system also takes care of the Friends and Family Test (FFT) requirements.

In October, 2022 Dental Partners celebrated an incredible 100,000 patient reviews, the first ever dental group to do so.
