So how do they collect feedback now…
Collecting feedback in the NHS has always been difficult and as it has mostly been done in house a real problem as patients cannot be candid as their anonymity cannot be guaranteed.
Using a Third Party
Using a third party to collect feedback is a must for impartiality and the only way to really get good feedback and good results. Working Feedback have a long standing relationship with NHS choices and have been collecting and posting reviews for many years now.
The Companies and Markets Authority, the governments governing body has signed off the review policies for Working Feedback as part of their analysis of the Care Home Sector back in 2016.
Working Feedback is the only feedback provider to have both their policies and the NHS Choices link and are perfectly positioned to assist NHS Trusts to ensure a true and honest picture comes from the patients and please remember the vast majority are very happy with the NHS.
Consent from each patient must be gained to allow the collection of feedback and working with eminent doctors in the NHS has been a godsend for Working Feedback and it has enabled us to accelerate the knowledge and understanding of working with the NHS.
