Today is our official 10th birthday. From the germ of an idea to make customer reviews more influential; we were the first to embrace the ‘up and coming’ internet by developing a directory on a credit card sized CD that would launch and update online, that was The Disc Directory, which is still going strong and a trusted friend of Google.

How To Post Reviews To Facebook Individually

Facebook is by far the most popular of the social media platforms which means that interesting content can go a long way in terms of being shared, liked and impressing. Previously, if you wanted to link your reviews to Facebook it meant that every review was posted; which for the high volume clients looked like review bombing! Now that’s changed and we’ve developed a new function that puts you in control. Through your dashboard, you choose the review you want to post when it’s appropriate for you.  

It’s easy to do through the Working Feedback Dashboard, this is how:

Log in to your Dashboard

Select the ‘LINK TO SOCIAL MEDIA‘ option

Send A Single Email Feedback Request By Dashboard

One of the many new features developed in the new dashboard is the ability to send an email feedback request to one customer at a time. We call this the ’30 second review request’ because that’s how simple and quick it is!

This is particularly useful if your business doesn’t have a high number of customers or it’s important that you capture their feedback soon after the transaction, for example after a dental appointment or the completion of a mortgage application when the customer is most excited about your service.

Introducing the new Working Feedback dashboard

In developing the Working Feedback service, our motivation was to help conscientious businesses make more from their customer word of mouth. In doing so, we created a product that made the collecting, management and sharing of impartial feedback a fully joined up, professional, cost-effective process.

Now, we’ve built upon your feedback to make the service even more intuitive than ever:

Working Feedback’s dedicated care home feedback service Most Recommended Care is delighted to have been a part of the consultation process with the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) with regard to improving its practices in helping consumers choose a care home.

The CMA released its findings yesterday in relation to a number of general concerns about the review sector. See Press Release here
