Working Feedback has just developed a new feature enabling companies to withhold customer names from their reviews.
This means that companies not wishing to display customer names publicly against their reviews and testimonials can do so with (and in) confidence. The usual process undertaken by Working Feedback to check that reviews are genuine and verifiable still takes place and once moderated the term ‘Verified User’ is displayed against the published review.
This is a useful benefit for those business sectors with particularly competitive marketplaces so it allows them to use impartial reviews for attracting new customers. Companies are also gearing up for upcoming data protection ruling and this feature gives both the company and its customers extra peace of mind that names are not being published online. (Reviewers still have the option to remain completely anonymous so that their verified feedback can be submitted but their identity is restricted from the company too.)
