Our Email Feedback Service is the easiest and quickest way to obtain feedback from your customers. It’s flexible, reliable and can be customised to your needs.
What your customers see
A standardised template is sent via email, with a personalised introduction addressing your customer by their name. The email is sent from us as a third party, and invites the recipient to leave an honest review.
Your customer is made aware that their comments go to us first, not your business, and this encourages them to give a genuine opinion on the service they received.
Clicking or tapping on the link takes your customer to a personalised page where they are presented with an online feedback form that they can complete. We monitor clicks on this link so that you can see who is reacting to any email requests that you send.
If you are on a Feedback+ plan, you can even create and personalise your own email template to be sent to your customers through your dashboard. (Feature available late 2016)
The feedback entry form
Our feedback form is fully responsive, meaning that it works on all devices and screen sizes. This makes it easy for your customer to leave feedback for you regardless of whether they are using a computer or smartphone.
We’ll ask your customer a series of standard questions, which includes rating your business on a 5-point star rating system. They’ll be asked what was good about the service, and what (if anything) could be done better.
If you are on a Feedback+ plan you can customise the questions that are asked, in addition to being able to ask for referrals which could ultimately result in winning you new business.
Responses are collated
All feedback is moderated by a human before it is published and made visible to the public. This ensures that any spam or illegitimate comments are kept under control.
We’ll email you each time a new review is published, and this review will be immediately accessible across our network of sites. If you’re using our web features on your own site, the newly published feedback will be immediately shown to your own website visitors.
You can also access all your feedback, download a report and even reply to published reviews via your dashboard.
