You’ll be presented with a screen similar to the one shown on the right. All you need to do is let us know “Your ID”, which will allow us to connect. Once the session is complete you can close the software and we will no longer have access to your computer.
Our TeamViewer connection software works with all Windows PCs, Apple Macs and Linux computers. If you need assistance with a tablet or smartphone please download TeamViewer from the App Store instead.
What if I already have TeamViewer?
If you already have TeamViewer permanently installed (perhaps because your IT support company uses it) then you do not need to download our connection agent. Simply tell us the ID and password from your existing TeamViewer software to allow us access.
Our software only stays on your computer temporarily. Once we disconnect and you close the program, we’ll no longer have access. You’ll need to click the link again if you need to re-establish a connection.
