The feedback goes straight onto the website, and onto our Twitter account. What does happen when somebody searches online, is that our website is more prominent.

They’re quite prompt, it’s a very informative service. If we were to get any negative feedback, they would let us know. I don’t need to worry about the small print, which is great, as I’m not IT literate.

It works quite well for us, the only reason it hasn’t been 100% effective is because we haven’t given out feedback cards as often as we ought to. Certainly, from customers that have seen the website, many comment on the testimonials.
