Google is loving our Feedback Content
The Working Feedback service is all about helping you to benefit from feedback but as with anything, performance is all down to what’s under the bonnet.
Our small but perfectly formed engine is www.thediscdirectory.co.uk which is what we feed your content through and Google loves it!

Google Analytic numbers are returning some staggering figures for The Disc:
- Over 6.4 million pages indexed by Google
- Over 2.4 million unique visitors to the site per year
- Over 1.4 million pages per week visited by the Googlebot (this is the search bot software used by Google, which collects documents from the web to build a searchable index for Google)
So what does this mean?
This is a pretty big deal for your business as this means that any content we receive becomes more important than ever. When testimonials come through us, the more likely they are to be picked up and highlighted by Google. And Google means MORE business opportunities.
So help Working Feedback share the love with your feedback; keep it coming!

Working Feedback played a strong supporting role for HCA (Hampshire Care Association) at this year’s Care Show in Bournemouth through 19-20th March 2013.
The Working Feedback senior management team including Russell Herd, Philip Molden and John Pemberton were all in
attendance and manning the HCA stand. The aim was to support HCA and educate care providers in the new feedback and directory initiative launched by HCA for the benefit of its members.
Working Feedback has developed www.hampshirecaredirectory.co.uk for HCA care home and domiciliary care members to stand out through feedback and raise their profile as trusted care providers as well as highlighting any bed vacancies for its member organisations.
Russell Herd, who is responsible for Business Development and Strategic Partnerships for Working Feedback said of the event ‘Having developed this unique initiative with HCA, we look to support the association wherever we can; the opportunity to help them spread their message at the Care Show has been an exciting couple of days and we’ve really enjoyed meeting care providers from all over the UK that have been attracted to what Hampshire Care Association is doing.‘

www.hampshirecaredirectory.co.uk is now live.
Why Hampshire Care Association (HCA) has launched this
HCA recognised that more and more care organisations struggle with marketing and compliance and the Hampshire Care Directory is now the platform for members to stand out through a number of exclusive features unique to HCA members as well as highlighting up to date bed vacancies.
Just some of the directory features include:
- A simple and clear search facility

Strategic Alliance formed with LCM

As one of the most trusted and respected marketing and PR partners in the Solent region, LCM’s support and involvement will help raise the profile of the Working Feedback service and its ability to add value to clients large and small.
LCM founder Lizz Clarke says “I have been following the progress of Working Feedback over the last six years and admire the way that they have evolved their feedback service to stay one step ahead in using reviews in online marketing. Feedback and the ability to grow and win new business from it, is something every company should be doing in some form or fashion and we are happy to recommend their service into our clients and further afield.”
John Pemberton, Managing Director of Working Feedback comments “The Working Feedback concept has developed from our online directory www.thediscdirectory.co.uk. We quickly recognised that online B2B directories are all tarred with the same brush which gave us a real challenge when trying to differentiate The Disc from others in tough economic times. The Working Feedback service is a proactive business development tool first backed by the muscle of a high profile online directory.”
Lizz and her team at LCM are renowned for having a real passion in working with companies to achieve success through brand identity and meaning, and we’re very excited to be building this relationship.”
