Don’t let your testimonials gather dust!
A few weeks ago a new client handed us a folder of their testimonials so that we could utilize them for the Working Feedback service.
As we took the folder from them they were embarrassed and apologised for the dust that had settled from the cabinet where they had been stored. Upon opening the folder it contained dozens of testimonials from delighted clients received over a number of years. It was clear that the testimonials hadn’t seen the light of day for some time.
How many businesses treat testimonials like this? From experience, we know that it’s not uncommon for a business to file their testimonials away much the same way as a invoice copy or old paperwork.
We all know what an important part a testimonial can play in helping to choose a business yet in (most) cases it’s only when you visit an office or reception can you see the appreciation of their clients.
That’s where the Working Feedback service comes in. Not only does it make sure that your testimonials are put to good use by promoting them through your website, social media and Google; it also provides a system maintaining that you receive regular impartial feedback and new business leads.
If your business has testimonials, don’t let them gather dust; let them gather new clients!
